Private, quiet, furnished room in a townhouse in an upscale neighborhood. Two roommates, one being the owner. I have 2 rooms avail. 1 pictured, 1 not. Both big. Lots of natural light throughout the home. The house is big, safe and the neighbors are nice. There are golf course views. I have a quiet life of part time work, home, family, dog, church. My dog is a young, goofy & friendly pit bull. I do not wish to have other pets in the house. I like to read, watch movies, shop, hang w fam+my dog& travel when I can. I am Baptist in my beliefs. Not noisy. I am an outgoing, friendly person easygoing. Don’t smoke, so no smoking. (don’t mind medical marijuana w script, smoke outside) I like to cook & feed people. House has walking trails behind it, convenient to state parks, has security system, trash pick up, driveway/safe street parking, internet/Wi-Fi, shaded patio, deck, grill, is in a Cul de sac, Living room, Eat in kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer, neighborhood is quiet, upscale, w. cool neighbors, a shared home office, near shopping. Local YMCA has gyms, indoor/outdoor pools. Convenient to beach points, State parks, Lancaster County, Pocono mountains, casinos, airports, museums. My kids are only ppl I ever have over. No overnight guests. No pets. Fam. only pls. I don’t have people in and out here & I hope you don’t either. It’s very quiet. Perfect for retired/semi-retired. If you wish to interreact, I’m cool with that. When you want your privacy, I’m good with that, too. I am looking for 1 or 2 long term roommates for Golden Girls/Guys type of living arrangement. :) This house is plenty big f us all. I have 2 rooms for rent. 1 is $850. 1 is $825, w shared Bathroom.
