Perfect for the active professional, networking professionals, single in the city, or someone establishing themselves in the South Florida area. In house washer and dryer, parking available, no restrictions or annoying tags. All utilities included.

This is a no drugs, non-smoking unit including vaping, marijuana (recreational or otherwise).
