This is a second story apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and for your purposes, a master bedroom. Washer/dryer are in-apartment, and the floors are all carpeted (spare the kitchen tile). The previous tenant is leaving behind a queen bed/box spring, a desk, a dresser, a side table, and a lamp. You’ll have access to the internet router for an ethernet hard line.

The complex is quiet and safe, with complimentary 24/7 security. If you have a vehicle, you’ll receive a parking pass; parking spaces are first-come-first-serve, though there are plenty of on-site lots to choose from. A trolley passes by the complex, making public transit commutes to the surrounding area an option for those without vehicles (which is what I do to commute to work).

Hello, my name is Corey, and I’m 24yo looking for a roommate to replace my leaving tenant. The lease has already been renewed, so you’ll just be sliding into their spot on the contract. I work full time Tuesday through Saturday. I usually take care of most of the cleaning of the apartment on my days off. I love cooking, and am happy to cook for you, provided we agree on who pays for what. I tend to keep to my room or the couch watching TV, which I am happy to share if our viewing interest align, or we can swap in and out if they do not. In general, I’m laid back and well kept, and expect at least that much from future tenants.
