Street parking available. Rent for the house is $3400 split between 5 people, making it $680 per person a month. Utilities and wifi are included. Lease is on a month to month. We are all working adults in our mid twenties to mid thirties. Two of us are college students as well. The house is currently occupied by 2 males and 2 females. We are all quiet and keep to ourselves mostly. We prefer a clean and quiet environment:)
