Hello, I have a 2 bedroom apartment for rent in Framingham Ma. The apartment is inside a house and is the top floor of the house. You’ll have your own entrance, bathroom and kitchen. Internet, heat and water are included in rent. We are located close to the commuter rail, local to a grocery store and there is a lake less than 2 minute walk. I have security cameras on the home so the property is safe. No laundry on site but there are several local laundry mats. There is also street parking.

This is an owner occupied home with a 3 year old and a large dog, there will be noise. But, as I’ve said you have your own space. The apartment can be ready before March, but I’m looking for the right candidate. Families with children are encouraged to apply. I’m also okay with pets as long as they are clean. No smoking inside.
