Big house, big yard, looking for creative, clean, folks to join our home-share. There are two nice dogs here, one of them large and curious about fast things, so we are fairly good with the quantity of dogs here and can’t have cats around in the house, however the room open is big enough to house a cat comfortably and is already prepared for a cat to live there unbothered. South Salem, near the bus line. This is a 5 bedroom house with room for folks to bring their own roofs (rv/yurt/tiny home), so there will eventually be a little community here, but it’ll probably be quite a while. We are ideally looking for folks who want to settle and make a home here and we currently have one room open. The house has plenty of space to live and get some room to yourself, with three fireplaces, a library, a big yard with a flourishing garden, a wood shop, a quiet den, and lots of other great features. Looking for new housemates who are seeking a safe and kind place to grow a home and garden.

The open room is the largest, the northern primary bedroom. it features a private bathroom ,two closets, a ceiling fan, and a private door and patio in the backyard.

Some info about us: We like cooking, crafts, the outdoors, reading, tv, shared board game nights, getting to know people, but also having our own space. This house works well with open communication and collaborative problem-solving. We’re looking for a housemate and friend for a long-term arrangement, but we’re happy to help folks out shorter term too, and make new friends along the way. We’re clean, and we want to live with people who also respect our space and home, and want to grow something beautiful. There are five folks living here, Chani, Fenix, Iahnn, and Kimmie, all respectful friendly folks. Chani also has a large, calm, malamute, Alfie, who loves everyone and likes hugs and snacks, and Fenix has a young well trained service dog, Pixie. We are 420 friendly within reason, but would greatly prefer a non-smoker. We are COVID-conscious, and would like someone who is as well.
