Sublease for 1 bedroom starting January 2023! 5 minute walk from campus! There are two other roommates, both are friendly, relaxed, female UNCW students looking for another female. Includes free parking, a full kitchen, dining room, and laundry room! Utilities are not included.
About the roomies
Very friendly and not really into big parties. The lease has a clause stating no media or TV may be played past 11pm that may be heard by other occupants so it is a pretty calm environment! They are UNCW students as well and so have school they have to complete as well. Pretty laid-back and welcoming!
