Driving distances from the property are: 15 minutes to USM, Maine Medical Center and Mercy hospital. Central Maine Medical Center and Saint Mary’s Hospitals in Lewiston are 42 minutes drive away. Southern Maine Medical Center in Biddeford is 30 minutes away.

It is a 16 minute drive to LL Beans and the Freeport stores. The bus route to Portland is at the town landing store, a short walk away.

Private access to the ocean for swimming, kayaking, windsurfing, or mooring your boat is a 5 minute walk down the hill.
