The room is furnished with a full size bed, nice chair, lamp, desk and closet (iron and ironing board).The garage has a washer and dryer and can use at anytime. I will share a key to the surrounding amenities. Woodbury shopping center is walking distance, the shopping center has a Ralphs, Trader Joes, Gym LA Fitness and several financial institutions and restaurants. Hot yoga 1.3 miles away. I would like first, last and deposit with good credit.

I live alone and I am professional and I practice and teach yoga on my spare time.
