About the room
I am currently renting a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and my roommate will not be renewing her lease with me as she is moving in with her boyfriend. I would like to find someone to take over her portion of the lease. It is possible that the rent may be raised once we re-new, and you would have to follow whatever protocols are needed by the complex to live in the community. It is a double master, so half the apartment would be yours. I have a fully furnished living area, and kitchen.
