Steve's room

The room is long and narrow. It is 21’ X 6.5’ and includes a closet that is 38“ X 94“ Total is 160 sq foot. It has a queen bed, desk, and dresser as you can see in the photos. I can furnish it if you prefer. The room is recently painted with new trim. I don’t mind if you have friends or overnight guests occasionally, but it is not a party house and I do not want 2 people living in the room.

$1500 includes everything(internet, electric, gas, tp, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc).

1st, last, and security deposit required.

Cannabis friendly, but no smoking indoors.

May be open to other part time SF residents at a reduced rate.

I work from home, and have not been in SF much recently. I have been staying in Colorado most of the time. I have lived in this apartment for 15+ years. You will have the apartment to yourself most of the time. I will be here about 1 week per month.

I am a 46 year old straight guy.

I have a dog(louie) that does not like to share well with other dogs, so there cannot be any other pets in the apartment.
