Amy's room

Room: This private bedroom is located on the top floor (3rd floor) of a townhouse. It has its own private bathroom and walk in closet. Furnitures in pics (standing desk 72“ length, queen bedframe, queen mattress, and/or bathroom bamboo shelf) can stay but if you prefer your own furniture, the room can come emptied prior. This room is meant for 1 female only.

Property: Max total 3 other females roommates (4 total people living in the home). The first floor has a living room, dining room, half bathroom, storage room, kitchen, and garage. Second floor has 3 rooms, 1 shared bathroom, and washer and dryer in unit. No pets and no smoking in property.

Area: Located in a community off of a main road. It is very convenient to Route 1, and many stores/supermarkets. House is next to Boys & Girls Club (address for approximate location: 1040 Spruce St, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648).

Currently, 1 out of 4 rooms are occupied. The 1 active female roommate works at a bank nearby, and is very nice, quiet and clean. Room showing can be scheduled to meet her as well.
