About the room
Renting out our basement for 4 months. Once our lease ends we will be moving. Will require you to sign a 4 month lease. Basement is furnished with couch, and table and entertainment center. Will need to provide your own tv (the one down there went out a few weeks ago)
About the roomies
We are a family of 4. We are really quiet and keep to ourselves. We do have rules that will need to be followed .
- Quiet times 10p-8am
- No smoking in home
- No pets
- No children
- Rent is due 1-5th every month

- Must have a job and have had it for 6 months!

House has shared bathroom, kitchen. Living room is not a shared space and will not be used by roommate.
