Hellgate Drive

Just bought a 5 bedroom house last year. I will likely move to the basement with a separate entrance, kitchen and bathroom in the next few months once it’s built out. I’m not looking to fill all the rooms, just one - potentially two if it’s a good fit. Big fenced yard, private patio, fire place. Located in Bonner - near kettlehouse amphitheater.

I work a lot. I’m only home in evenings and I’m a people person but also respect alone time. I workout quite a bit, I’m a fitness instructor in town and also work in commercial real estate. I do have 3 dogs and 2 cats so preferably someone without animals but if the dogs get along great. The cats stay in the basement for the most part.
