No pets, no smoking, preferably looking for someone that’s also a christian. Currently renting, looking for a roomate since landlord wants me to sign a lease for longer. Quiet complex far enough away from the street so it’s not very loud, assigned parking that I don’t use so it’s all yours. Fairly large shared area already furnished, deck with storage closet and extra storage in the hallway.

Easy to get along with, I got a great deal on this condo I just can’t afford to rent it by myself and have no use for the second room. I work on my car and go to the gym mostly, no partying or anything weird.
