Prime location in Cahaba Heights in a new home (built in 2017)! You can get pretty much anywhere in 10 minutes. The owner lives in the home (primary bedroom is downstairs). There are two bedrooms available for rent upstairs with a shared bathroom and a spacious living space. One bedroom has a walk-in closet. There is the option of someone renting the entire space at a higher price. If two people rent the rooms, they will have to be the same sex. Half acre property with a nice covered front and back porch. Very safe location with a police department at the end of the road, but an ADT and Ring security is installed for extra safety. You can have access to both. I also have a little German Shepherd puppy who will be very well trained, but will love some additional friends! There is a nice bed and desk available if you do not have one. I can also purchase some furniture for upstairs if you do not have your own. The ideal renter would like to rent for 1 to 2 years.

I am a 30-year old male and have lived in Birmingham since 2016. I went to Birmingham-Southern College and played baseball overseas for a bit after college. I now work full-time In Marketing at my company’s office. I am pretty laid back, enjoy the occasional night out, football, grilling, etc. Pretty much your average guy who likes your average guy stuff! I tend to go to bed around 12 or so. I am pretty clean, so I would like to keep the downstairs area clean, but the upstairs is your space and I won’t bother you about anything up there.
