Hi! I’m looking for a female student to takeover my lease. You are available to move in January 7th and the lease goes through til the end of August. I have a private room with a walk in closet in a four person all female house. Each room has its own heating and cooling and there is a washer and dryer! Everything but the bedroom will be fully furnished and we have a garage. The rent doesn’t include utilities, but the utilities and rent is around 640$ a month but it varies.

There are three other college girls living here and they are very nice and pretty clean. One of them lives in the master so you will share a bathroom with the other two, but it has never been a problem for me.
