I have one spacious southwest facing bedroom available with a shared bath(shared with guests who come over, no one in household will use it) in a great location In Southwest Denver, Beautiful Bear Valley is centrally located with quick access to downtown for work, the mountains to play, or amenities for convenience. With the Bear creek green belt running through the neighborhood. You are surrounded by trails, and open space.

All utilities are included with price of rent (electricity, gas. Water. Sewer, trash, security system). Pets allowed(cat or dog)

We do have 3 pets(1 dog and 3 cats,) A pet playdate will be needed, if you plan to bring a pet.

There are 2 adults in the house (1 male, 1 woman. couple ) we are in our late 20’s to 30 ,we are laid back don’t bring the party to the house vibes as we view the house as a place of peace and calm in this world of chaos. We are both fairly active people who who enjoy getting outside when we can(snowboarding,hiking,camping).
