This is a large house in a great location. South side Richmond just across the James from the city, far enough away to get some quiet but close enough to be anywhere quick. I also live in the house.
There’s one bedroom available downstairs. It has a full built-in large desk unit with shelves/drawers, and its own half-bath. There is one shower upstairs that is shared by everyone in the house. I have an extra full mattress/box spring/frame if you want to use it.
No dogs If the ad is up, the room is available.
About the roomies
I’m a 30 year old professional with many hobbies and activities - mountain biking, hiking, boxing, and playing instruments. Roommates at this house have had busy schedules but are easygoing when home. Feel free to reach out to me and we can schedule a time to meet!
