Room for rent in quiet & safe neighborhood. Looking for a female roommate to occupy one room for rent in my home. I am a single mom of an 8 year old who I have Monday- Friday. I am looking for an honest, clean individual that wants an enjoyable space. I am home Monday-Friday and out of town most weekends so I am looking for someone who understands my schedule and respects my things while I am away. This room is ideal for a person who understands the aviation industry and may work in the same line of work. Rent price of $750 will include all utilities. No animals please and definitely no smoking. Ideal for a responsible person who wants to respect their space and mine. Security deposit of $300 plus first months rent is due upon move-in. There is a bed and TV in the room, however I am not opposed to someone bringing their own and I can put my bed in storage. Proof of income and background check will be completed.

Me- 37 year old Gabriel- son (8 years old) Gabe is home Monday- Friday am. I am home during that time too but fly weekends.
