Binkerd Drive

We live in a 6 person house with a huge backyard as well as a common area/yard in the front. There are 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. We are 420, cat and LGBTQ+ friendly :) We currently have 2 cats in our home. All of us are in our early 20’s and prefer that our potential roommate is as well. One of the bathrooms is shared between my bedroom and one of the available rooms and the other bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a deck out back that has a beautiful view of the mountain as well as a seating area in the front with a fire pit and grill. The kitchen has all appliances, as well as a washer and dryer in the house. We have a wifi package that includes a free smart box for the TV in the living room as and other than that, there are no additional charges per month (aside from rent and utilities). We need people to move in as soon as possible, so don’t be shy to reach out :)) If there is anything else I didn’t cover please let me know!

We live in a 6 bedroom house. 2 people will be moving out soon but the remaining 4 of us are all girls in our early 20’s. We are all fun, outgoing and very laidback/easy to get along with. We are LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly and are inclusive of everyone. On the weekdays we’re all usually hanging out, working, doing assignments or doing something fun. We love thrifting, going downtown or to manitou, hammocking, or watching movies on days where we are bored. We’ll never turn down a wine night and have no issue with alcohol or weed in the house. No worries when it comes to having people over, feel free! Our only request is that you are respectful of the house and each other. We’re all pretty neat but not perfect by any means. We like to keep the messiness to a minimum. There are 2 cats in our house and are always open for more. Hope to meet some of you! :)
