Ariel's room

Freshly redone room: new paint, floors, outlets, fan. Comes furnished (bed is basically new) or unfurnished. There is an Xbox and tv that is welcome to be used if wanted. Bathroom is shared! Utilities are included* We’re located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We also have a large fenced back yard with a huge fire pit to hang out.

We are a young couple in our 20s with a 1 year old. We have 1 small dog, we’d prefer someone without pets but might be open to small/med size dog as long as it’s fully trained!

We’re fairly quiet and keep to ourselves. We don’t do parties or smoke. And we’re very easy going people :) feel free to message me for more info!
