Comes furnished or unfurnished. There is a bigger tv in room now. Bathroom is shared. Utilities are included* We’re located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We also have a large fenced back yard with a huge fire pit to hang out.

We are a young couple in our 20s with a 4 year old and 2 year old. We have 2 dogs, we’d prefer someone without pets but might be open to a cat. It would have to stay in the room.

We’re fairly quiet and keep to ourselves. We don’t do parties or smoke. And we’re very easy going people :) feel free to message me for more info!
