We will be moving into the apartment January 1st, 2023. Photos of the apartment are from Redfin as we do not yet have photos of our own. Private room in a 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment in Backbay. Half-bath is located within the private room. Very nice, updated apartment; well managed. Beautiful views of the Charles River from the living room. Building has a large shared rooftop deck which overlooks the Charles and the city. Close to Backbay and Fenway. Close to the Green line. Free street parking with Backbay parking permit, or you can rent a parking spot in the back for $275 a month. Bike storage room located downstairs and laundry is on the first floor. Building also features an elevator. Management does not allow undergrads, though there is some flexibility (i.e. if you have employment or cosigner).

Hi! My fiance and I will be living in the second bedroom of this apartment. We are 27 and 28; I am a working professional and my partner is working while attending Berklee as an Undergrad. We are both super laid back, very neat and clean, and enjoy meeting new people. My Fiance plays guitar; other musicians are certainly welcome!
