College Way

Hi there, my roommate(f) and I(m) live in a 3 bed, 2 bath house located in between Old and Downtown Auburn, about a 5-minute walk to either. We are looking for someone to move into our second bedroom. Our living room and kitchen are furnished with updated appliances. The bedroom is very spacious with a large walk-in closet. The bathroom is a shared bathroom, but has plenty of storage. We are looking for someone who is dependable with their rent and can move in by the first of February. Utilities are included with the rent, internet is separate.

We are both college-aged students either going to school or working full-time. We are pretty busy throughout the week, but do enjoy seeing each other in passing.
