Chelsea's room

The townhome is 2 floors. The living room, dining table, kitchen and bathroom is downstairs. Upstairs is the shared bathroom with a stand-up shower, where you may have your own sink. Along with our bedrooms upstairs. We have a washer and dryer in the unit in the kitchen. Electricity, water, WIFI, trash all is included in the rent. I’m looking to move someone in ASAP. Hoping to find someone to move in by December 2nd. Looking for a respectful roommate. We do have a patio area as well! Must be pet friendly, I already have 2 cats so no more pets would make sense.

I’m Chelsea, I’m currently a student a CCD majoring in psychology. I’m 24 years old, and cannabis friendly. I have 2 cats, and one of them is very talkative lol. I usually am chilling in my room or in the living room playing music if I am not out or at school. I occasionally have company but not too often. I am looking for a roommate that’s laidback, I’m not really the type to throw parties at my house. Preferably a roommate that also smokes weed, You are allowed to smoke inside.
