I am looking for a girl to take over my lease from 6/1/2023 to 7/26/2023 for this private 1 BR/1 BA in a shared 4 BR/4 BA unit occupied by 3 other girls. Utilities are included in the rent. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Parking is available but has to be purchased separately. Pets are not allowed. You have to sign a transfer lease for the 2 months. The unit is 1348 sq ft. The private room/bathroom is about one-fourth of that. Nice gym and study spaces are available in the building. The original rent is $1304, but I am discounting it to $700. The security deposit is $1956, but can be waived if a guarantor living in the US signs the lease.

Three other girls live in the same unit, but this is a private room with a private bathroom. All of them attend UM. Only females need to apply.
