Marlon's room

A nice furnished room with an ensuite in a very comfortable and spacious private home in a quiet neighborhood. There is a television in the room and access to high speed internet. The room is secured with a smart lock. There is a large open living, dining, kitchen and family room. You will have access to a large backyard. The neighbors are to the left and right. There are protected lands in the front and rear of the property. There is also a desk that folds should you want to put things away for even more comfort and space. There are 2 closets that are large and lighted. Please be aware that while pets live on this property, they are not allowed in the shared space except the driveway. The pets live in the finished basement. There is a pool that is currently scheduled for repairs and will not be open until late Spring 2023.

I am a quiet and respectful person that works from home but my office is in the basement so I will not be disturbing anyone. The other roommate is very quiet and works long hours during the week. Mostly home on the weekends.
