Hi! I’m looking to rent out the lower level of my house which includes one bedroom and a large living room area with TV, as well as a private bathroom and kitchenette area. The bathroom upstairs is shared (has a shower), as well as the larger central kitchen. The house uses a pellet stove and oil for heating- rent includes wifi, electricity, heat/hot water, ample parking, and the necessities! There is a dresser with a mirror in the bedroom that I am unable to move at this time. We have a large backyard with direct access to the water- with a dock, fire pit, kayaks, ice skating in the winter, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and the neighbors are awesome. There is a lower deck and an upper balcony - they are awesome for stargazing at night. I have two cats, so l am looking for someone who does not have cats or dogs. I do not mind small animals such as a reptile/birds/hamsters, etc. The house is super close to 111, 93, and 101, and there are numerous shopping areas within a few miles. We plan to sell the house in the late spring/ early summer so that the rental will be until that time. Preferably looking for a female or a couple without children. Please message me if interested!
