This is a 2 bed room, 1 bath apartment in Capital Hill. In unit Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher. Just minutes away from bars/restaurants,grocery stores and the light rail! Usually can find on street parking but there is a garage for additional costs. Honestly it’s a steal of an apartment and I love living here. Lease is month to month at the moment so perfect for long or short term stays (minimum of 4 months please)
About the roomies
Hi! My name is Danyelle, I am 25 years old originally from the East Coast. I moved to Seattle a little under 2 years ago. I have a bunny named Honey. I enjoy nights in watching movies and having game nights; also always down for a night out. I work in a hotel so my hours fluctuate but I work most mornings. I would love to find a roommate who is respectful and can keep the common spaces decently clean, and knows how to communicate. It would be a plus to become friends and be able to hang out as well :)
