NEED SOMEONE TO MOVE IN FEBRUARY 1st, 2023. YOU GET A MASTER BEDROOM WITH A PRIVATE BATHROOM. THE APARTMENT IS MOSTLY FURNISHED AFTER MY CURRENT ROOMMATE MOVES OUT! The apartment is a 3 bed/2bath apartment located a block away from ACME. It has in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, Central AC with water included. You’d be getting a master bedroom with its own bathroom and the living room during the work day. I use the extra bedroom that’s right next to my bedroom as an office and storage for both of our things since it has a big closet. It is also good so we don’t have to be on top eachother when either of us have people over. My current roommate is moving out to live with his long term girlfriend and I don’t want to lose out on this great deal since it’s $3,250 total (excluding utilities)

I’m 25, lived in this apt for 2 years. Lived in Hoboken since February 2020. I am a data analyst for a marketing company in NYC but I WFH most days. I like to go to the gym and go out on weekends. I’m the clean one in my current setup and hope to find a non-smoker who is also clean.
