Hillman Drive

700 dollars a month for a private room in a 3 bedroom house all utilities included and no security deposit!

Hello to everyone reading this, I hope you are all having a fantastic day!

Looking for two roommates either Male or Female (no couples, sorry) that are clean, organized, respectful of rules and boundaries and pay on time. No kids, and pets could be allowed! No smoking in the house. Those are the biggest things that aren’t allowed at the moment, now let’s move onto my home! 💛

My home is a 1250 square feet 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom single family house. It is located in Hillman Drive on Westside Jacksonville. The best thing about living here is the convenience! Right next to me is a Publix, Planet Fitness, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and several other stores and restaurants plus two gas stations! You don’t even have to drive more than ten minutes to get whatever you need! 🥳

It has a spacious living room and kitchen, with a garden both front and behind the house and comes with a shed for extra storage room plus an attic! There are also beautiful trees right in front of the house so you can enjoy the scenery! Plus if you are into gardening like I am we can team up and start planting fruits and vegetables in the back and front yard to save money! 🥗

As you can see from the photos I have all sorts of appliances and cleaning supplies that are provided to you from me free of charge!😁 that includes the washer, the dryer, all of those kitchen utilities like the air fryer and smoothie machine plus my lawnmower! I love providing and I’m happy to assist with all of these things! 💛

There is only one shower unfortunately so please be respectful of other’s time and privacy. The shower itself also comes with a little storage closet for all of our bathroom needs!

The house comes with central air conditioner, so just a few button presses and you don’t have to worry about sweating anywhere in the house(we all know how Florida can be😂) you can be comfy and chilly anywhere in the house at any time!

I have even provided two beds and comforters if you need them, the sofa bed and a small twin size bed 🤠

As stated before all utilities are included,these are: water, sewage, electricity and wifi 300gb. The first person to be successfully added has the choice between choosing the slightly bigger room with two windows or the smaller room with one window, the one who chooses the bigger room will have a 30$ increase in their monthly rent because if would not be fair to the second roommate who would be paying the same rent for less.
