You will have a private bath and a window facing East. The closet in the bedroom is relatively small, but you can also use an attic as well. The home has a private back porch and includes a brand new clothes washer/dryer. It has an updated kitchen and a beautiful first floor layout very conducive to entertaining. The townhouse is 1,348 square feet in total.
Rent is $800 each month. This includes all utilities. The location:

About the roomies
You will be living with a soon-to-be married couple and an adorable yellow lab named Winston. Both my fiancee and I are in our thirties. I work at Trader Joe’s and my fiancee is finishing up her PhD in public health. We are both easygoing and respectful. We certainly not a clean freak but I like to keep things relatively clean.
