2/1 simple apartment in Dixieland, looking for a roommate until the end of my lease in June. My son recently left to school in Utah. I am a single divorcee over 40 with a few cats and a dog, prefer not to add to the pets but I’m flexible depending on the animal. Bathroom is shared, no dishwasher and has coin laundry on site. Rent and bills are 50/50 so rent is approx, let’s discuss details. Employment verification and criminal background required. I’m 45, very laid back, love music, have a huge family and am fairly new to the area so I am seeking a community of friends with shared interests. I currently work from home in the mornings, and try to stay busy afterward. I cook well so you won’t starve here. Lol. Super easy to live with if you are :)
