The house has 4 bedrooms in a nice townhouse complex. A bedroom with your own bathroom is available. Includes the laundry & dryer and parking on the driveway. Common area is the kitchen, leaving room & deck. Treadmill machine & weights are also available to keep you in shape. Nonsmokers only. Common area is the kitchen, leaving room & deck. No pets, No smoking/vaping, No drugs, and No overnight guests. Safe & friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to McDonald, Restaurants & grocery store. 1 month notice would be required on leaving and cannot use your security deposit as last month rent. Deposit will be refunded after deduction for any damages to the property. $100 cleaning charges will be deducted.
