Al&Jackie's room

My wife Jackie and I are in the process of moving into our beautiful new home in an upscale Ann Arbor neighborhood, but are still back and forth until the new school year starts. Enter into a spacious foyer and a double height living area that leads into a generous dining area with a large window overlooking the backyard. From here a generous kitchen with eat in area and additional large living room- open concept with a fireplace and a large half bathroom, access to the backyard, and a dedicated laundry room. The upstairs has two spacious bedrooms each with a walk in closet -( these two rooms we are looking to rent) and share a full bathroom. The third is our en-suite master bedroom that we keep for when we visit. The finished basement is a one bedroom apartment halfway above ground level. We’ve installed brand new carpets, updated appliances and are ready to furnish rooms at request.

Middle aged or older woman no smoking, parties, etc. preferably someone who is responsible, into cleaning and keeping up with a clean organized living environment.
