Furnished or Unfurnished, your choice. I have rooms that are furnished, or I can remove furniture. All rooms have windows and blinds. I’m located in a large three-story home in an established community. You would be considered a roommate on the premise. :-) I am showing all rooms and bathrooms available. You may decide if you want furniture in the room or not. Use of kitchen and washer, and dryer in common areas

Just me. Potential for two other guests. I am a teacher by trade, and I teach group fitness in the evenings. I am vegetarian (mostly). Non-smoking, drinking. Spiritual/Awake/Christian. I am also a hypnotherapist. Looking for someone who is clean, neat, and tidy. Preferably for 30- 40+ Female with a full-time job.
