Big unfurnished bedroom, with laundry, shared kitchen, living room, wifi included, and lanai. I work as a Medical professional during the day and very laid back individual. No drama zone just ask that you pay your rent on time.

I get along well with everyone and do not like drama. I am not an uptight person and would want you to feel as this was your home as well. Have mutual respect for each other and clean up after yourself.
