Upstairs bedroom with connected shared bathroom (see photo) to room. You only share bathroom with one roommate and have your own bathroom sink. Your own parking spot on the driveway and the house is air conditioned. Rent is $900 which includes utilities. You will share the kitchen, laundry room and living room with three other women, so everyone cleans after themselves. No smoking, no pets, no children, or wearing of shoe inside the house.

I’m looking for female roommates, so everyone will feel comfortable in a quiet and secure new home in a new housing division in the Puyallup/South Hill area. Two other women rent the other two bedrooms and I live in master bedroom, but I’m rarely home due to my busy work and volunteer schedule.
