Hello, because of skying rent prices, I have decided rent out my bedroom monthly

800$ Monthly Rent

Washer and dryer in Unit (2x per week allotted use)

Central location- Publix, restaurants, gyms, downtown, airport, nightlife, parks, etc

Kitchen and shared bathroom access

Patio

Easy approval- either 250$ deposit or non refundable 150$ move in fee- your choice

I don’t care about credit check and all that, all I want is 3-5 character references that I can call. Only one that is a family member and if possible any past landlords

We can start on a monthly basis and see how it goes

Smoking cigarettes okay outside. No drugs at all please
