Micah's room

My home is located in an established, quiet family neighborhood that is close to everything! A 3 minute drive to WVU Berkeley hospital campus, near 81, and all of the major attractions and grocery stores. Just a 30 minute drive to Winchester and 40 minutes to Frederick. Enjoy day trips? DC is only an hour and a half away and Shenandoah National Park is an hour.

Your spacious room includes a large closet as well as your own private entrance and bathroom. Shared spaces include the kitchen, laundry, and backyard/deck. If you are feeling social you are welcome to spend time in the main living room.

The home is equipped with ADT security and high speed internet. All utilities are included in rent.

Travel nurses welcome! I can be flexible with rental dates based on your contract and potential extensions

I am in my early 30s and work for a neighboring county government agency. I enjoy exploring the beautiful nature this area has to offer, digital design, woodworking, and hanging out with my 2 senior cats.
