Looking for a subletter from January to the end of May in 2023! This is a private, fully furnished room located in a 5 bedroom house on W Acacia Ave (5 min drive/10-15min walk to Chapman University). Rent is $900/month with utilities usually totaling around $100. Included furniture is a twin bed, desk, dresser, shelf, and walls have been painted green. You would be sharing a bathroom with 2 roommates. At the house is large kitchen, living room, garage, and backyard

4 other girls will be living there this next Spring and we are all upper classmen at Chapman University! They are all super sweet and great to live with. We are often out of the house for work or class, so the house never feels crowded.
