About the room
Hey! One of our roommates is moving out because she got a new job. The room and three bay windows, decent size closet. Shared, updated bathroom! The house is newly renovated and nice for the area! We have two covered porches which it’s nice to sit out during the summer and fall. We are two professionals and a PhD student at Tufts. Must be pet friendly! We have a very sweet Goldendoodle dog (non-shedding and hyper allergic) and a cat. Rent is $900 plus a $900 deposit to sign the new lease that runs 9/1/18-8/31/18. Water is included in rent. Other utilities and WiFi is between $50-$100 per month. There is on-street permit parking but there is a free, non-permit parking street on Harvard Terrace that is right beside our house.
