I have a furnished master bedroom available for rent. My house is located in beautiful Browns Valley in Vacaville, California. I am less than a 5 minute walk from In-Shape Browns Valley (gym). The property is also located less than 10 minutes away from Nut Tree Plaza and the outlets as well as the freeway. You will have your own room and en-suite bathroom.. No smoking please.

None of the tenants own a pet, but small dogs are welcome. Please reach out to me with questions about the property or if you are interested. This room is move-in ready. I have a California king bed with a large dresser and nightstand available for use. The house is a lovely cottage style home with a nice backyard area and fully furnished. You will have access to the entire home.

There is two female roommates occupying the other two bedrooms in the house. One roommate is 56 and the other 57. I am the landlord and currently occupy the master bedroom. I am active duty serving in the Air Force as a medic. I am moving out to move in with my boyfriend so I am putting my room up for rent.
