( Utilities aren’t included) This is a 12x12 room that faces the pond. It’s a shared bathroom. We split rent even in the apartment because each room has its perks. This bedroom gets the parking space right in front of our building (I’ll be honest, the parking here sucks so having this space is really nice). There’s a washer and dryer in the unit also. There’s a gym, sauna, swimming pool that is heated, hot tub, volleyball area, and a recreational building to study/play pool and use the computer/printer. We’re located right off the 60, by the mall, Costco, movie theater, and fry’s. It’s a gated complex. Everyone is super nice here. If you are interested we would really like to meet you and answer any questions you have! I will also pay for your application for the apartment if you decide you’d like to move in.

Hi my name is Cassidy(23) I work on the weekends for an HVAC company and spend my off time at home, usually in my room watching real housewives and reading. I do enjoy hiking and going to new coffee shops. Seven(20) works during the weekdays and enjoys getting boba, painting, and going out to explore the valley. It’s normally pretty chill here.
