Humboldt Street

Right in Cap Hill so decently walkable, quiet building, new appliances, recently renovated space, working fireplace. Hard wood floors & carpeted bedrooms. Completely furnished with my furniture except the bedroom but open to accepting new stuff. First floor, garden level.

I’m VERY clean, occasionally clutter in my own space but never in common areas. I’m currently a night shift nurse so I sleep during the day so quiet is appreciated :) not a huge partier, I think communication is super important so let’s make sure we are on the same page about that :)
