Mari's room

This is a single bedroom available under a new lease with the current occupant. It’s a 2 bed 1 bath apartment and is the ONLY unit on the second floor. Most of the furnishings will be removed except for the couch and dining table, so you can decorate with the current tenant how you like. There is a washer/dryer hookup and the appliances included are a living room mini split AC unit, stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Bills (internet, gas, electricity are somewhere between $30-50/mo) depending on usage. The owner pays water/trash and a gardener to upkeep the area. No smoking allowed inside the apartment.

There is one carport parking spot but street parking is never an issue. There is some storage space in the carport area as well. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet as most of the surrounding tenants are families. The living room and bedroom floors are wooden vinyl, while the kitchen and bathroom use tile. NOTE: These photos are from the original posting when we moved in, so the place does not have the same decor.
