Ryuzo's room

This is a newly constructed Home in the Lake Tapps Area. it is a 4 bedroom 2.5 Bathroom house. I am looking to rent out 2 of the unfurnished spare rooms in my house. The house has an extra guest room for occasional friends and family with a queen size bed. There is a laundry room and Bonus Area with a 85“ TV which we all can enjoy. There is a Patio with a fireplace in the Backyard that would be great for hosting guest but needs to be furnished. There is a big kitchen with a plenty of Counter and Dinning space and a large food pantry that can be shared. Parking is available in the Driveway and Street. All Major Appliances are already here and can be shared. (No smoking indoors and absolutely no drugs allowed)

I’m Japanese American and work in Finance. I grew up in California but moved to Washington in 2019 for a job. I mostly work remote from the house and go into the office a couple days a week. I currently live alone in this house and so I figured why not get some roommates. I like to keep a clean house and my most important rule is to be respectful. I don’t mind the occasional guest staying over as long as they are don’t mess up the place.
