Andrews Peak Drive

I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the lease in a 3 bedroom townhouse as I’m moving across the country. You could move in starting in February (or sometime in January probably, I’m flexible) and the lease goes through July with the option to renew. My room is the weirdly large master with a private, attached bathroom. It’s a nice place on the northwest side of FoCo, really close to King Soopers and a 5 min drive to CSU (there’s also a bus stop down the road that goes to campus). The room comes unfurnished but I’m not taking my bed or anything with me so I’d be willing to sell it to you for cheap. You would be living with Ryan and Daniel, two super chill guys who keep to themselves. Daniel likes to snowboard and make music. Ryan is super into fitness and movies in addition to taking care of dealing with utilities, rent, etc. I work from home and it’s a great environment to work and chill in, you’ll never have to put up with any noise.
