Hello! Do you need a room for rent? Look no further I have a fully renovated/refurbished home with new appliances and furniture. There is a private bathroom with a walk-in closet. The room also has new carpet with added extra cleaning for that comfy at home feeling. The home has a pest control company that comes over on a quarterly of the year basis so that you don’t have to worry about any bed bugs or other pesky critters. At the moment utilities will be shared among the people in the home (Electricity, Gas, Internet, Water). With this great home I take pride into, there is some responsibility we ask for in return. Here are the main rules of the house. -Please clean up after yourself and take care of your living quarters like its your own home -No couples -No smoking/vaping -No shoes in the house -No EXCESSIVE drinking -No parties, but a get together with some friends is fine -No animals With these things in mind I hope you consider on staying here. Currently 2 male roommates, including me, are moving into the home. We are very chill and focused on our own goals but are welcoming. Looking for a responsible, mature, and respectable tenant who has a steady income in order stay. There are small perks when renting in this home, but for those I will save for official move in.
