Hi everyone, I am going traveling for at least 6 months and will have an amazing apartment ready (furnished ideally) to sublease in January 2023. If you would like fewer than 6 months, we can look into that too (or need more… let me know). I’m a single female and have always felt safe here, and I’ve lived here for 4 years. I love it so much I don’t want to get rid of it while I travel. Security deposit is TBD on the arrangement.

You will have the entire place to yourself. It is 2 bedroom but currently one bedroom is my office. This price includes internet, and unless anything crazy happens it should cover the gas/electric too. It is a small, VERY QUIET and peaceful building here, and this will only work if you are equally so. You will sign a lease with me etc. Great location.
